Very professional service. Dealt with Daniel mainly booking viewings. He was always prompt at giving feedback, told me the position of the people viewing via email and on the phone. Once sold we dealt with Bev. She was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Very prompt with email replies and telephone queries through to the end. The team and Redman Cassey have been more than accommodating on numerous occasions. I contacted Redman Casey in June 2021 with a view to provide a valuation to sell my property. David Redman listened to what I wanted, did not give me any "sales" talk, but advised me on what my options were and gave me a realistic and professional view on what price I could expect to get for my property. It took no time at all for me to decide to engage the services of Redman Casey, and this was the best decision I could have made. The property was sold within 5 days, thanks to Redman Casey marketing the property effectively, and securing viewings. The accompanied viewing service is brilliant. Once the offer was accepted, the level of customer care and communication was nothing short of outstanding.
